Welcome to the rest of your life.
My name is Joko, and I am a death worker. After 27 years of supporting families after someone has died, I realized that what I have learned is how to live.
Now, I approach life with purpose, intention, and with less tolerance for distractions.
I made this course so you could have this same gift - complete it and you will have a compass that takes you to the person that you desire to be.

Outline of Course
-
We begin with a guided meditation. Join me as we visit you at the oldest you will ever be and reflect on a life well lived. We begin here, at the end, so we know where we are going and can best plan how to get there.
-
Spend as long as you need, but a minimum of 10 minutes journaling about your experience. You want to capture what came up in the meditation, focusing on emotions that surfaced, behaviors you noticed and what felt most important.
-
Give your journal a read. Highlight, underline or otherwise note what felt most important. Are their words that resonate? People? Personal roles? These may become bullet points.
-
Now the fun part! Your prompt is - when I die they will say…
Then list 8-12 things you most want people to say at your eulogy, or when people speak of your legacy.
These should point you to your highest self, the person you saw in your meditation. Some can be lighthearted, some can be serious, but focus on behaviors, values, and your deepest desires for a life well lived.
-
Now that you have your compass, it is time to put it into action. Pair it with your favorite, most powerful photo - either one of yourself that you love, or one that speaks to the values you listed.
Have a decision to make? Feeling lost? Refer to your compass to get yourself headed in the right direction!

FAQs
Why is this framed as "when I die they will say"?
Truthfully, we cannot know what they will say about us when we are not here - we have no say over who will tell our story or how.
However, imagining what they might say can be a powerful way to step outside our usual perspective.
When we ask “what will they say”, we answer with the qualities we hope our life demonstrates.
Who is they? That is up to you. Maybe it’s only the ones you love, maybe it’s the haters!
What’s important is to define the Legacy YOU want to leave behind, then give yourself a path to achieve it.
At the end - what matters is how you feel about your life, and how you lived.
What if I grow out of this Legacy?
This is a living document.
I highly recommend you review annually. Experience the course again, and note if anything has changed.
Have your values shifted? Do you have new roles? Are their new relationships to incorporate?
Add, subtract, edit - but keep your list manageable, focusing on what is most important.
The practice of examining and refining is your method of recalibrating your compass - it keeps your compass accurate and your life on track!
Does this really work?
This is a powerful exercise that asks you to get honest about your deepest values, desires, and the life you want to live.
Once you have completed your Tiny Legacy, you now have your very own choices-sorter.
Have a decision to make?
Feeling stuck?
Unsure whether something is right for you?
This is what your compass is for.
When a choice doesn't align with the life you've said you want, that's important information. What you do next is up to you -
Except now with more clarity, and more intention.
Use it, see what changes.
